ultimate spider-man (2000)

The original Ultimate Spider-Man comic run, which ran from 2000 to 2010. Ultimate Spider-Man was a reboot of the Spider-Man story within Marvel's Ultimate timeline, essentially retelling the original Amazing Spider-Man story in the 00s.

In 2011 the series was relaunched as Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man to coincide with the debut of Miles Morales as the new protagonist.

A cartoon series of the same name began airing in 2012 but had little in common with the comics. Marvel launched a new Ultimate Spider-Man series in 2024 as part of the new Ultimate Universe that was launched in 2023.
