uchiwa
Originally from China, the uchiwa is a round or oval hand fan made of paper or silk pasted over a framework of thin bamboo strips.
With a message written on it, it is sometimes used in oshi-katsu as a lightweight placard.
Not to be confused with tuanshan, another type of round hand fan.
