type 26 revolver
The Type 26 was a top-break double-action only revolver revolver adopted by the Imperial Japanese Army. It was named for its year of adoption (the 26th year of the Meiji era, 1893).
Chambered in proprietary 9×22mmR Type 26 cartridge, the weapon features an octagonal barrel with embedded front sight and a spurless hammer.
