ARMS character.
A popular movie star and owner of Twintelle Productions. Her ARMS power manifests in her twintails, and thus uses them to fight rather than her arms. She has the ability to slow attacks in midair with her Actress' Aura.
Her primary ARMS are the Chilla, the Parasol, and the Thunderbird. Her home stage is Cinema Deux.
