Head of the School Carriers Department of The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in Girls und Panzer. Voiced by Kageura Daisuke. Sports black hair and glasses.
Plans to close Oarai Girls Academy to save funding, setting off the events of the show. Serves as the antagonist in Der Film, where he reneges on his promise not to close Oarai.
He is officially credited as 'an Official (役人)' in the anime, and his full name is currently contested whether if it's 辻廉太=Tsuji Renta(spin-off manga) or 辻康太=Tsuji Kouta(GuP movie and merchandise) since both are being used.
Rumored to be named after Tsuji Masanobu, one of the worst generals of the IJA.
