tokio (time bokan)

Tokio is a middle school-aged boy from the year 2016. Due to his constant tardiness and slowness, he is so loose with the concept of time that he is somehow able to synchronize perfectly with the Mekabuton's ability to "Time Bokan", i.e. travel through time with little complications. He becomes a member of the JKK and is partnered with the already initiated member Calen to travel through time and collect True History gems.
