tigrex
A pseudowyvern from the Monster Hunter series and flagship monster of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd.
The Tigrex, also known as the "Roaring Wyvern", resembles a quadripedal tyrannosaurus rex with wings protruding from its forelegs and yellow-and-blue striped scales. It primarily lives on the desert, though also known to migrate to mountains to feast on Popos.
The Tigrex are notorious for their sheer ferocity and agility, using their jaws, claws and tail to destroy their enemies, as well as a roar that can damage and blow away any enemy who comes too close.
Monster Hunter Portable 3rd introduces a black subspecies suited for life on volcanoes and with an even greater ferocity.
