thrasher damnd

A character in the Final Fight series of fighting games from Capcom, and the first boss the player faces in the original Final Fight video game from the late 80s. His full name, revealed in Street Fighter 6 is Thrasher Damnd, a combination of his censored westernized name and his original Japanese name.

Damnd is a member of the Mad Gear gang that terrorized Metro City. He is a tall, muscular bound dark skinned individual of Caribbean origin (specifically the Dominican Republic) with blonde dyed dreadlocks, sunglasses and an exotic Jamaican styled outfit.

He later appeared in Street Fighter 6 as a minor antagonist and NPC in World Tour mode, where he is attempting to revive the Mad Gear gang and recruit the player's avatar to join his gang.
