The titular mecha of the series, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a manifestation of ludicrous amounts of Spiral Power, controlled by Chouginga Gurren-Lagann.
It was originally the largest mecha in the series, standing 10 million light-years high, until the introduction of Chou Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann in Lagann-hen.
- It is used by the Great Gurren Brigade during the final battle against Antispiral, who then pilots Grand Zamboa.
- Due to its enormous size, it is piloted by all the members of the Great Gurren Brigade at the same time.
