temptor (all tomorrows)

One of the posthuman species in All Tomorrows. They are a species with extreme sexual dimorphism: the females are large, sessile, tree-like beings with a beak and half their bodies underground; the males are smaller, ape-like drones who are controlled by the females through vocalizations and pheromones.
