A pipa.jp blog where entries and comments are handwritten, ie. with a mouse (or tablet).
Art created on Tegaki is generally limited to 480x640 pixels; with comments limited to 480x160 px.
Not to be confused with Tegaki Draw and Tweet, Tatsuya_(maboroshi)'s raster graphics editor.
An English-language version, Tegaki-E, lasted from 2008 to 2015.
