Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Tatsuta. Character designed by Ayaki, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.

She is portrayed with short purple hair and purple eyes. Her default outfit at base form is a one-piece black dress school uniform, red neck ribbon, and a mechanical halo, and uses a glaive as her sidearm.

Depicted as a foil to her sister Tenryuu, she has a demure yet somewhat sadistic personality.
