A character from One-Punch Man. Her full hero name is Senritsu no Tatsumaki (戦慄のタツマキ, Tornado of Terror), Terrible Tornado in the official translation, and she is the 2nd place ranked S-class hero in the Heroes Association. She is Fubuki's older sister and a powerful telekinetic/psychic.

Tatsumaki has green eyes, small breasts, and short curly green hair with bangs & an ahoge. She wears a black collared dress with side slits.
