Full name Tarmicle "Tarma" Roving III, the secondary male protagonist of the Metal Slug series. He is a member of the Regular Army's Peregrine Falcons.

He considers fellow Peregrine Falcons officer Marco Rossi a commander.

His S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. couple in later games is Kasamoto Eri.
