Dragon Ball villain.

A mercenary paid by the Red Ribbon Army to kill Son Goku. He proves himself to be the first credible villain in the series until Son Goku eventually powered up and he had to resort to use the "Ultimate Final Strategy", which consists of him groveling and begging for mercy before throwing a grenade at his opponent. This backfired and he blew himself up with the grenade. Although it looked like it killed him, he somehow survived the blast and was rebuilt as a cyborg. His final appearance (in the manga) was during the 23rd World Tournament where he was humiliated by Tenshinhan.

The tag is used either for the character, or the use of his signature "Pillar Surfing" (柱乗り/柱のり/柱投げ/自ら投げた柱に飛び乗る) stunt (often along with sky surfing).
