takasugi shinsaku (fate)

Fate/Grand Order character. A central figure in the early Meiji Restoration during the 1860s, who put all his efforts into opening the way to modernization, westernization and reforms, not only in military matters but in political and social matters as well. He died of tuberculosis at only 28 years old.
