Lucia has short bright blonde hair with tufts on either side with white tips that almost appear to be shaped like animal ears. She has yellow-green eyes.
She wears a white cropped jacket with a fur-trimmed hood. There is a large white zipper in the middle, as well as one on each arm. There are black and yellow stripes on her jacket. The chest pocket features a red triangle. She wears black shorts with yellow triangle accents, paired with a large green zipper shaped belt.
Lucia has two yellow plasters on her right knee in a cross shape. She wears yellow crew socks underneath black boots with yellow soles and white buckles, which also feature red triangles.
