Character from Luminous Witches.

A Sergeant from Romagna, she is in fact the princess Silvana Adelaide di Carignano, but she's unpleased of being treated as such and wants to be commended on her own merits. She was transferred to the Aviation Magic Band to avoid consequences from her getting injured in combat.

Her familiar is a sheep named Pekorus, and she's based on Italian singer Silvana La Rosa.
