swinging on swing

When a character is using a swing to swing themselves around.

Should only be used when it is clear the character is swinging on the swing rather than only being on the swing, which can be hard to determine with still images. Look for motion lines, someone else pushing the character on the swing, or a character's pose indicating they are mid-swing.
