Gundam Build Fighters Try character. A Mecha Musume and/or Armor Girls Project-esque fusion of Hoshino Fumina and her Powered GM Cardigan, built (without her consent) by Sakai Minato of the Gunpla Shingyo School.
A Titans-themed maid recolor of this gunpla was released via the Premium Bandai online shop to commemorate the release of Gundam Build Fighters Try: Island Wars; an AEUG-themed maid recolor was a Gunpla EXPO World Japan limited release. Another variant -- inspired by the Qubeley -- was subsequently released as the Super Fumina Axis Angel. A Sazaki Kaoruko variant called the Hyper Gyanko and a combination with the Winning Gundam called the Winning Fumina were also released with the Build Fighters Battlogue series.
Its real life designer is Shimada Fumikane, famous for designing various mecha musume.
