Sun Wukong (孫 悟空 / 孙 悟空, Sūn Wùkōng, also known as The Monkey King in English and Son Gokū in Japanese) is a character from the classical Chinese novel Journey to the West. He has been depicted in many different ways over the years.
His most notable weapon is the size-changing staff Ruyi Jingu Bang, which also has its own various depictions in popular culture.
