Character from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. A hamon master and minor ally of Jonathan Joestar in Part 1. Becomes an antagonist in Part 2 after gaining vampiric powers via the Stone Mask to gain eternal youth.
After the events of Part 1, it's revealed that he raised the girl who would later be known as the hamon master Lisa Lisa in Part 2.
Namesake is the rock band Dire Straits (along with Dire).
