Distinctive stone mask from Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 1: Phantom Blood and Part 2: Battle Tendency. An ancient Aztec artifact that bestows vampirism on a human when brought in contact with blood.
The mask was invented by Kars of the race of "super-vampires" called "Pillar Men" to transform them into so-called "Ultimate Beings" when used together with the Red Stone of Aja.
