One of the main characters from the Kikou Souseiki Mospeada mecha anime series from the early 1980s.

Stick Bernard is a human Mars Base soldier bent on revenge against the alien Inbit invaders.

He is a 20-year-old Mars Base lieutenant who becomes stranded on Earth after the Inbit obliterate the defenses of the Second Earth Recapture Force he was part of.

Stick later leads a band of human rebels who fight against the aliens by using guerrilla tactics. Stick's mecha of choice is a green VR-052F Battler Mospeada, which carries a beam rifle and forearm missile pods. He is also a Legioss and Tread mecha ace pilot.

His name was changed to Scott Bernard in the Robotech American adaptation of the series.
