Vincent van Gogh's magum opus The Starry Night, depicting the east-facing view of his room at nighttime when he stayed at Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. It's said that the bright "star" in the painting is actually Venus, as it was visible during the time when Van Gogh painted this.
