A Touhou character. One of the Three Mischievous Fairies, along with Sunny Milk and Luna Child.

She represents the stars.

Sometimes paired with Houraisan Kaguya, due to similarities in looks.

Not to be confused with the DC Comics character of the same name, Star Sapphire.
