spoken sound effect

A sound effect or onomatopoeia not normally spoken aloud that occurs inside a speech bubble.

This is often used to draw the viewer's attention towards the sound made by an object or action, with the tail end of the speech bubble pointing towards the source of the sound. This has an effect as though the object is speaking - interrupting conversation or silence in a room.
