A 1978 live-action tokusatsu show loosely based on the Spider-Man series, produced by Toei Company, Ltd. The series follows a man named Yamashiro Takuya, who transforms into the titular "Emissary from Hell" to fight villains with his mecha Leopardon.
Toei would later reuse the concept of heroes and mecha for Super Sentai series that would follow this show.
This series' version of Spider-Man made an appearance in the Spider-Verse comic events, and is slated to appear in the sequel to Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He's also frequently referred to by fans as Supaidaman.
