It's a spherical doll resembling the character Kisaki, hence the unofficial name "Kisaki Ball".
On December 22, 2024 Special Stream, its popularity enabled the object to officially become a merch for the upcoming Blue Archive Fes 2024, making the souvenir doll ready to be purchased.
