For characters whose hair is snakes, partialy snakes, or just evocative of snakes.

Can be:

• Combined with regular hair or other types.

• Elsewhere than the scalp (Danbooru post #6161746).
• Eels (Danbooru post #5657518) or other (Danbooru post #5646968).

Use Medusa (Mythology) for specific references to the legendary character (and petrification when her power is shown).
