A meme joking that Higashiyama Kobeni from Chainsaw Man made a contract with the "Sloppy Blowjob Devil", apparently one of humanity's fears made incarnate. While it was created in 2021, it gained popularity in 2022 while the Chainsaw Man anime was airing.
