A character from the Masters of the Universe franchise. He first appeared in the original cartoon from the 80s and is the main antagonist of the series.
He was voiced by Alan Oppenheimer in the first animated series and was later played by Frank Langella in the 1987 live action film adaptation of the series.
Skeletor was once known as Keldor, the adoptive brother of King Randor, absolute monarch of Eternia. While attempting to overthrow the king, a plan to murder Randor backfired on Keldor and left his face without any flesh.
With help from Hordak, Skeletor used dark magic to stay alive and thus became the hideous creature he has been to this day.
