A NPC from Punishing: Gray Raven, Simon is a human Commandant of Babylonia graduated from the Academy at the same time as the player character. After the event of Firn Night he was assigned to lead the team 'Dark Aries', consist of Captain Palma, Lillian and Noan.
Simon has short brown hair, has long bangs covering his right eye, he has yellow eyes and wears a pair of round glasses, has a single mole under left eye. His uniform consist of a blue and brown coat (open coat) over a blue shirt. He is sometimes depicted with nausea as he suffers from vehicle related motion sickness.
