Initially coined by writer Ken Liu to describe his series, "Dandelion Dynasty", it mixes the aesthetics of Asian-Pacific culture and the themes commonly found in genres like steampunk.
For an post to qualify, it should feature enough East Asian elements, while still being science fiction.
