shoulder support

Someone using own shoulder(s) to support another's body. Typically involves holding up another person by wrapping their arm around the supporting person's shoulders or letting the supported person hold on the supporting person's shoulder with their hand(s). If the supporting person is on the side of the supported person, it's most likely human crutch.

If a character has an object on their shoulder, use over shoulder instead.
