She is a trainee medic for the Astra Shelter and the little sister to Zeke. During the invasion of the Ravagers, Shirli suffered from mutation, causing Zeke to hand Shirli to the Heirs of Aida to become an Angel of Clemency, eventually transforming into Nemesis In her earlier versions, Shirli had large breasts and doesn't wear overalls.
