The 3rd costume of hololive's Shiranui Flare.

Also known as her "street" or "outing" outfit from hololive Closet, it consists of a black sailor hat, a black choker with a pendant, a short grey vertical-striped pinstripe sailor dress with a white sailor collar worn over a black dress and a black jacket and black ankle boots. She also comes an assortment of eyeglasses. A later update gave her cat ears and elongated headphones to cover her entire ears. This outfit has the particularity of matching both with Noel's casual costume and Fubuki's lolita librarian costume.
