Tales of Berseria character. Rokurou's older brother. Shigure is a high-ranking legate for the Abbey, but he's only interested in finding strong opponents. Rokurou is driven to defeat Shigure in battle. His seiyuu is Nakai Kazuya, who also voices Moses Sandor in Tales of Legendia.
