shi huang di (fate)

Ruler-class Servant seen in Fate/Grand Order. The First Emperor of the Qin dynasty, and the target of a failed assassination attempt by Jing Ke.

The Grand Order version has Them as a being that has transcended humanity (hence the Royal We pronoun), ruling over the Third Lostbelt with an iron fist. Uses mercury in Their attacks in a very fabulous manner, as befitting Their voice actor.
