shenyang j-31
The Shenyang J-31, rumored to be nicknamed "Gyrfalcon" (鹘鹰), or Falcon Eagle by some military enthusiasts, is a twin-engine, mid-size fifth-generation fighter jet currently under development by Shenyang Aircraft Corporation for the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
The fighter has also been referred to as F-60 (Official Chinese military code name of the export variant) or J-21 Snowy Owl (雪鸮) in some International media reports.
It is very similar to the American F-35 Lightning II, but is equipped with two engines instead of one and lacks any VTOL capacity.
