shaun of the dead

A British "rom-zom-com" movie directed by Edgar Wright and starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

It is about two roommates named Shaun and Ed, who try to rescue Shaun's ex and mother whilst in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. It is a parody of zombie movies, namely Dawn of the Dead and 28 Days Later.

It is the first film in the "Cornetto trilogy", the other two being Hot Fuzz and The World's End, so called because the Cornetto brand of ice cream is featured.
