Kenji is a student at Yamaku High School and Hisao's next-door neighbor in the dorms. Kenji is legally blind, unable to see anything unless he is extremely close to it. He appears to be a hikikomori and very anti-social, claiming to be the "last sane man in an insane world." He rants about a variety of subjects, particularly feminist conspiracy theories.
