A minor NPC in Toushin Toshi II, and a boss character in its remake, Toushin Toshi Girls Gift.

In the original game, Serabarla F is a "manager angel" who possesses the Soul Death Wave Motion Gun, a weapon capable of erasing the very existence of anyone it targets. Her character is altered in the remake, where she is much younger than her original counterpart, though she still has the Soul Death Wave Motion Gun. She also now possesses the epithet "Cannon Angel."

In the original game, Serabarla F's design includes brown hair, brown eyes, a blue dress with a white apron, and a pair of angel wings. Her altered design in Girls Gift retains many of these features, except Serabarla herself is significantly younger.
