Her basic setting ... is that she's a high girl. She's Poniko's rival, and even though she's faced off against her many times, she's still comes up a bit short. Although she's a multi-talented girl, she still messes up.
Her full name is Sera Haruna (borrowed from a certain Kongou-class battlecruiser)
She's mainly shown as ... a high school girl (sailor clothes). As Poniko's so-called rival, she seeks to increasingly one-up her in the amount of settings she appears in.
