This ancient nation, founded upon the Septem Montes, is ruled by its third emperor,
Nero, who now faces her legendary predecessors, each revived as a Servant.
The second singularity in Fate/Grand Order. It's set in the year 60 in the Roman Empire, during the early years of Nero Claudius's reign. Lev Lainur Flauros arrived intending to hand his holy grail to someone who wished to destroy the era, but unable to find someone he instead summoned various servants who formed the United Roman Empire and began conquering the Roman Empire's territories.
