"Grant me the power to revolutionize the world."

A peculiar sword drawing technique/ritual from Shoujo Kakumei Utena, in which each duel begins with someone leaning back and having a rapier drawn out of their chest to use for the battle.

In the first half of the series, Himemiya Anthy has the sword drawn out of her, while in the second half Anthy can draw it out of Tenjou Utena's chest. Either way, Utena always says this phrase once the ritual is over. Likewise, a person important to Utena's opponent can draw the rapier out of them as well.
