Seibetsu "Mona Lisa" no Kimi e (性別「モナリザ」の君へ, En: The Gender of Mona Lisa) is a 2018-to-2022 coming-of-age romance drama manga by Yoshimura Tsumuji. The manga uses spot color in otherwise regular monochrome illustrations.
The story follows high schooler senior Arima Hinase along with their two childhood friends Takayama Shiori and Kaga Ritsu. In a world where people are genderless until they reach the age of 12 and then become male or female based upon their gender preference, Hinase has reached the eighteenth spring of their life still remaining genderless. Feeling their time together is running out, Hinase's female friend Ritsu and male friend Shiori both confess their love each desiring the push Hinase to be a boy or girl. This leaves Hinase confused, scared, and struggling to really understand themself. Given the reaction this has caused from Hinase, this also makes Shiori and Ritsu question themselves and what they really want with their relation to Hinase.
