One of the enemy Abyssal ships from Kantai Collection, introduced in the Summer 2015 Event.

She has very long black hair and glowing red eyes. Her clothing is all gothic lolita fashion—a torn, lacy black dress, a big black hair bow, and a collar with a long chain attached to it. She has long, black, clawed mechanical arms, and her lower body is the lower jaw and tongue of some monstrous mouth with a single large arm sprouting out from behind it.

She is essentially an Abyssal version of Mizuho: they both have the same hairstyle (long, luxuriant, and black), the same lacy clothing, the same role (seaplane tender), and—most telling of all—the same artist (Akira).
