A small dog from the Scooby-Doo cartoon series. As Scooby's nephew, he resembles his uncle as a puppy.

While Scrappy was liked at first when he was introduced, he has since been disliked by the Scooby fandom for various reasons to the point that newer Scooby-Doo cartoons rarely mentioned him.
