Stand power of Diego Brando and Doctor Ferdinand from Steel Ball Run. When used by Dr. Ferdinand, he can transform others into dinosaurs and control them. Diego was one of his first victims and would later have a variation of the Stand thanks to one of the Corpse Parts, allowing him to transform into a human/dinosaur hybrid with greatly increased physical abilities. He can also use his power to morph animals into minion dinosaurs.

The namesake is Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps), the 14th studio album by David Bowie, released on 12 September 1980, as well as a song of the same name on said album.
